These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of titanpavers.net (the "Site"), operated by Titan Pavers of Florida ("Titan Pavers," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
The Site is provided to give you information about our paver and hardscape installation services and to let you request a free estimate. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when submitting an estimate request or contacting us.
Any pricing, size ranges, or promotional offers shown on the Site (including limited-time offers) are estimates only and are not a binding quote. Final pricing is determined after an in-person or virtual assessment of your project and is subject to change based on site conditions, material availability, and scope. Promotional offers may have eligibility requirements and can be modified or discontinued at any time.
Submitting an estimate request does not guarantee scheduling or availability. We will make reasonable efforts to respond promptly, but response times may vary.
By submitting your contact information, you agree that we may contact you at the phone number you provided — including by automated dialing technology, prerecorded or artificial (AI) voice, and SMS text — about your request and about our products, services and promotions. Our Site offers an optional AI preview that renders an illustration of how new pavers could look on a photo of your property. The preview is an artistic simulation generated by automated software — it is not a design plan, a rendering of the materials we will actually install, or any promise of a particular result, color, pattern or price. Availability of the tool is not guaranteed and it may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
You may optionally upload photos with an estimate request or to the AI preview tool. By uploading, you confirm you have the right to share the photo, and you give us permission to use it to prepare and discuss your quote. We will not publish a photo you send us as marketing material without asking you first.
All content on the Site — including text, photos of completed projects, graphics, and logos — is owned by or licensed to Titan Pavers of Florida and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.
The Site may reference or link to third-party services (for example, payment or scheduling tools). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information on the Site is complete, current, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Titan Pavers of Florida is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. This does not limit any warranty or remedy specifically provided in a signed service agreement or contract for completed work.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
